Suffolk & Norfolk Septic Tanks, Treatment Plants & Drainage Solutions

  • Emergency septic tank repairs

  • Site assessments and consultations

The scope of the specific services provided will be agreed upon in writing or through a formal quote.

2. Quotation and Pricing

  • All prices quoted are based on the information provided to us at the time of the quote. Any additional work, unforeseen complications, or changes in scope of work may result in a revised quote.

  • A formal quote will be provided for approval before any work commences. All pricing is subject to change based on the assessment of the site and customer requirements.

  • VAT will be added to all invoices where applicable.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment Schedule: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment for services will be due upon completion of the work. Payment can be made via [bank transfer, cheque, or credit card].

  • Late Payment: Any outstanding invoices not paid within 14 days from the invoice date will incur interest at a rate of [insert interest rate] per month until the debt is settled.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Access to Site: The client agrees to provide unrestricted access to the site where the work will be carried out. Any delay caused by restricted access may result in additional charges.

  • Health & Safety: The client is responsible for ensuring that the work area is safe and clear of any obstacles or hazards that could affect our team’s ability to carry out the work safely and efficiently.

  • Accuracy of Information: The client must provide accurate and complete information about their property, septic system, and drainage needs to ensure proper service delivery.

5. Scope of Work

  • The work to be completed will be clearly defined in the quotation or agreement. Any changes or additions to the original scope of work must be agreed upon in writing and may incur additional costs.

  • We will use reasonable care and skill in the provision of services, but we do not guarantee specific results such as the performance of septic tanks or treatment plants beyond the manufacturers’ specifications.

6. Completion and Delays

  • Completion Date: We will aim to complete the work by the agreed date. However, any delays due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, supply chain issues, or unforeseen technical difficulties, will not result in penalties for us.

  • Post-Completion: Upon completion, we will provide an overview of the work carried out. Any issues identified by the client after completion must be reported within [insert period, e.g., 7 days] for us to investigate and address.

7. Warranties and Guarantees

  • We will not be liable for any issues resulting from third-party installations, pre-existing conditions on the site, or improper use of the systems after installation.

9. Cancellation or Termination of Services

  • Cancellation by Client: If you wish to cancel the services after agreeing to the quote, you must notify us in writing. If the work has already started, we may charge for the work completed up to the point of cancellation.

  • Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to terminate the agreement if the client fails to make payments as agreed or if there are significant health and safety concerns on site that prevent us from safely completing the work.

10. Force Majeure

Neither party will be held responsible for delays or failure to perform any part of this agreement if such failure is caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of either party, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, war, or labor disputes.

11. Confidentiality

We will not disclose any personal information, business data, or site-specific details to third parties without the client’s consent, except as required by law or as necessary to complete the work.

12. Data Protection

13. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute regarding the services provided, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through informal discussion. If resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be resolved through alternative dispute resolution (ADR) or as per the jurisdiction of the courts of [insert location].

14. Governing Law
